When you make a call with Tokiva, Tokiva will call you back, and immediately connect you with the party you want to reach. |

| Can I Call To Any Phone Number? |

| Yes. You can call to a mobile number or a regular phone number, anywhere in the world. |
|
| Can I Call From Any Number? |
|
| Yes. The "Call From" number can be any number, including regular landlines. You can register up to 3 call back numbers that you use on a regular basis (eg, mobile, home, and office). |

| Conference Call |
|
You can make a conference call on the web, mobile, or IM. There is no
need for special call-in numbers or access codes, Tokvia simply call
you back, and conference in the rest of the participants.
You can view participant's status, hang up individual participant, and
invite additional participants, all in real time. |

| Voice Mail |
|
| You can leave voice mails for either another Tokiva user or an email
address. Your contacts can easily listen, reply, and forward the
voice mails. |
