Tong is a technology entrepreneur. He was the founder and president of Jatheon Technologies Inc. (www.jatheon.com), a Toronto based market leader in enterprise search and compliance management for financial services companies. Jatheon raised over US$ 3 million in venture financing and won 2006 Deloitte Touche Fast 50 (Canadian) award. Prior to Jatheon, Tong worked as a quantitative system developer on fixed income trading and risk management systems for investment banking firms Merrill Lynch (New York City, USA) and TD Securities (Toronto, Canada). Tong earned an MS from MIT (USA) and a BS from Nanjing University (China).

Qianfei was a co-founder of Jatheon with Tong. Prior to Jatheon, Qianfei was a product manager with Borderware Technologies Inc. (www.borderware.com), which provides messaging security management products for Fortune 1000 companies. Qianfei has a BS in computer science from York University in Toronto, Canada.

Jason was a Sr. Director of Business Development at Rogers Communications Inc. (NYSE:RG), the largest wireless carrier in Canada. Prior to that Jason was Director of Venture Investments at Rogers where he was responsible for managing the company's private equity investment portfolio. Jason has a HBA from Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada.
