William is a partner at Softbank China & India Holdings, an early stage venture capital firm that is backed by Softbank of Japan and Cisco and focused on the technology, media and telecom sectors. William began his investment career 11 years ago as a technology analyst in Taiwan. Most recently at Deutsche Bank, he was responsible for regional Internet and Telecom Equipment as well as China Technology: telecom equipment, Internet, Media, PC, Display, Handset and Software industries. Prior to this, he covered Telecom Equipment and Digital Media companies with Banc of America Securities in San Francisco. William also worked as an associate analyst with the team covering PCs, Enterprise Hardware, Handhelds, Storage and Semiconductors at Bear Stearns in New York.

Ron was a partner at Celtic House Venture Partners, a US$ 500 million venture fund that specializes in early stage investments in high technology companies originating in North America and the UK and operating in the Communications, Networking and IT Infrastructure market segments. Prior to Celtic House, Ron help launched the venture capital program at Ontario Teacher's Pension Plan (OTPP), one of leading private equity investor in North America with over US$ 106 billion asset under management.

Phil is an adjunct professor at Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley), Columbia Business School (Columbia University), and Tsinghua University in Beijing, where he taught courses in Venture Capital and Private Equity. Phil has originated or invested in some successful multi billion dollar media/telecom transactions as a senior executive reporting to the President of Kluge & Company, the private equity firm for John Kluge and Metromedia. Phil was also an Entrepreneur in Residence at KPCB and, as one of the founding management team members at a startup founded by Benchmark Capital, was the acting CFO, raising the third largest seed financing in history ($435 million).

Eric is a general manager of strategy at RealNetworks (NASDAQ: RNWK). Eric is a founder and director of SmartPay JieYin, a leading mobile payment solution provider in China. SmartPay has raised over US$10 mil venture financing from RRE Ventures and Accel Partners. Prior to SmartPay, Eric worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and World Bank in Asia Pacific area. Eric has a BS from Harvard and MS from MIT, USA.
